Beef and Vegetable Soup
Vegetable beef soup using Grandma’s recipe
ingredients
- 3-4 pound beef chuck roast trimmed
- 3-4 potatoes peeled and cut in 1/2" cubes
- 4-6 carrots peeled and sliced in rounds
- 3-4 stalks celery sliced in rounds
- 1/2 head cabbage chopped into small pieces
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 can 64 oz size tomato juice
- 1/3 pound spaghetti broken into 1 1/2" pieces, cooked (optional)
