Tyler's Famous Ribs

ingredients

  • 1 rack of baby back ribs
  • 3 cups of apple juice
  • 1 regular size bottle of BBQ sauce (we use Kraft BBQ)
  • Salt & Pepper

    Soak the ribs in the apple juice bone up for anywhere from 3-24 hours.

    Line a cookie sheet with foil. Put the ribs on the foil bone down. Cover the ribs with more foil.

    Preheat the oven to 150°-200°. Cook the ribs for about 2 hours.

    Take the ribs out and put them on the BBQ grill bone down. The heat for the grill no warmer then 350° (the lower the better-use the lowest setting).

    Brush on BBQ sauce. Cook for about 1/2 hour. Every 1/2 hour baste the ribs with BBQ sauce for 1 1/2 hours.

  • 6

    Flip the ribs over (bone up) for 2 minutes on high heat.

  • 7

    Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
