Pierogi Filling
CHEESE AND POTATOE FILLING
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups instant potatoes
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb sharp cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
directions

Saute onions in butter. Mix together instant potatoes and boiling water.

Add onions to potato mixture. Add Sharp shredded cheese, salt, pepper and mix well.

Fill pierogi pockets.

Make a single batch of filling and double the dough recipe.
