Fool Proof Pie Crust
ingredients
- 4 c. of Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 3/4 c. Vegetable Shortening
- 2 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
- 1 Egg small
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Vegetable Shortening
- 6 Tbsp. Vegetable Shortening
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 Vinegar

*With fork mix together first four ingredients; cut in shortening.

*In separate dish, beat reaming ingredients.

*Combine 2 mixtures, stirring with fork until moistened.

*Mold dough with hand and chill for 15 minutes.
