ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 6 slices bread -- cubed
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs sausage or bacon
  • (1/2 hot 1/2 mild) -- cooked and crumbled

directions

Combine all ingredients and place in 9 x 13 inch dish. Allow to sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
