Pork - Apple Pork RoastBrenda Dixon

- 4 lbs pork roast
- Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
- 1/2 C dry white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 C apple jelly
- 1/2 C apple sauce
- 1/2 C whipping cream
- 6 large granny smith apples -- cored, cut in quarters
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
Season roast well and all over with Cavender’s. Bake at 350 for 2 hours. Drain fat. Meanwhile, Heat next five ingredients until blended. Place apples around roast. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle roast with brown sugar and a little cinnamon.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°, basting every 15 minutes or so.
