Mom's Chinese Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 4-5 chicken breasts
- 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 Tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1 chinese cabbage (Napa)- sliced thin
- 1 regular cabbage-sliced thin
- 6-8 green onions- chopped
- 2 packages of crushed ramon noodles-oriental flavor
- Dressing:
- 1 tsp.sesame oil
- 4 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 6 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 packages of seasonings from ramen soup

Bake chicken in chicken stock until cooked and dice up.

Cut up greens and put in large bowl with diced chicken, seeds and nuts in a large bowl

Put dressing on salad a couple of hours before you want to serve it. Add noodles 1/2 before
