Beef with Thai Basi
ingredients
- 1 lb.flank steak or choice top sirlon sliced thin across grain about 1 inch wide and 3 inch long
- 2 tab cornstarch
- 2 tab water
- 2 tab oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 jalapeno chili, seeded and sliced lengthwise
- 1 tab oyster sauce
- 1 tab fish sauce
- 1 tab soy sauce
- 1/2 cup loosely packed thai basil leaves
- 3-5 roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into thin wedges
- 3 tab chicken stock
- 2 cups broccoli, stemmed and cut into bite size pieces
