Beef with Thai Basi

  • In a small mixing bowl, comine first three ingredient and mix well, set aside

  • In a wok or frying pan, heat oil until hot, add garlic, chilies, and stir fry for about 1-2 minutes. Wait until the chilies give of a nice aroma and add beef. Toss around in pan until nicely browned about 3 minutes. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce. add tomatoes, basil leaves and cook another minutes or so until hot, remove from pan and garnish with cilantro (if sauce too thick, use chicken broth) serve with rice
