Crunchy Brunch Granola
Perfect for a light and fresh brunch, great with champagne.
ingredients
- 4 C vanilla yogurt
- 2 C granola
- 1 C blueberries
- 1 C blackberries
- 1 C strawberries
- 4 T honey

Cover large strainer with cheesecloth or two coffee filters, place over container to catch water. Put yogurt in strainer and place in fridge overnight.

In the morning, divide yogurt into 4 servings. Top with granola and fruit and drizzle with honey.
