"Not Kraft" Macaroni and Cheese
from Charlotte Cookbook
ingredients
- 1 7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni - cooked and drained
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- paprika
directions
Combine all ingredients. Put in 9x9 greased baking dish. sprinkle with paprika. Bake @ 350° for 45 minutes.
