Vegetarian Soup
ingredients
- 1 quart of organic, vegetarian chicken broth
- 1 bag of “soup” vegetables
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- baby carrots
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper

Put chicken broth in crock pot on medium heat

add 1 bag of frozen “soup” vegetables

add 1 can garbanzo beans

add a handful of baby carrots, chopped

add salt and pepper to taste

a couple pinches of garlic salt

Cook for 3-4 hours, until vegetables are tender

Add seasoning to taste

top with grated Parmesan cheese and garlic croutons
