Grandma Charlotte's Blueberry Muffins
ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 dl milk
- 1/2 dl oil
- 3 dl flour
- 1 1/4 dl sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp orange peel or lemon peel
- 3-4 dl blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Preheat oven to 200 C.

Prepare 12 muffin cups with paper or foil liners.

Beat egg, and stir in milk and oil. Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the blueberries, just until the flour is all mixed in. Do not over-mix, the batter should be somewhat lumpy.

Fold in the blueberries very gently, just until they are in the batter.

Fill the cups 2/3 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove right away. Let cool.
