S n S meaty ballz
S n S, sweet and sour meatballs. These are tangy, sweet and just right. And perfect to cook in the slow cooker, and have a ready meal made when you return home.
ingredients
- 1 box of frozen meatballs(can make from scratch, but for easiest production use frozen!)
- 1 EACH, red yellow and orange peppers(cubed)
- 1 red onion(chopped)
- 1 can pineapple chunks(once again can use fresh)
- 3/4 cup of chicken broth
- 3/4 cup of ketchup
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
- 1/2 hot pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of fresh coriander

Place meatballs, pepper and onion in a slow cooker. Drian pineapple chunks serving 1/4 of juice. Combine pineapple chunks, reserved

pineapple juice, chicken broth, ketchup, sugar, garlic, paprika and hot pepper flakes. Add to slow cooker, cover and cook on low for

3 hours until meatballs are cooked and vegetables are tender. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 2 tbsp of water until smooth

stir into meatballs and let simmer for 15 minutes. Easy to make, can be very good with rice, and when finish placed chopped fresh coriander
