Snappy Green Beans
ingredients
- 4 Slices of Bacon
- 1/4 C. Chopped Onion
- 1-2 T. Tarragon Vinegar
- 1/2 t. Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- 2 C. Green Beans, cooked and drained
directions

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain, saving 2 T. of drippings.

Cook onion in saved drippings until tender.

Add tarragon vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Pour over cooked green beans.

Crumble bacon on top.
