3-Bean Salad
ingredients
- 1 lb can green beans
- 1 lb can wax beans
- 1 lb can kidney beans
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil
- salt and pepper
directions
Drain beans and combine. Add peppers and onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Toss. Chill overnight. Toss again and serve.
