Seared Shrimp in Garlic Butter

- 1 LB Fresh or Frozen Shrimp/Sea Scallops
- 2 T. Butter or Margarine
- 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 T. Dry White Wine
- 1 T. Chives or Parsley
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
