Veggie Pizza
You can put your own spin on this one to create the perfect appetizer for a gathering.
ingredients
- 2 pkgs. crescent rolls
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry dill
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Toppings (choose 4 or 5)
- 8 oz. grated cheese (any type you choose)
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 1/2 c. green/black olives
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped cucumber
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. small broccoli or cauliflower
- 1/2 c. cooked sausage (this defeats the name “veggie” pizza but it is very tasty!)

Crust: Spread dough on ungreased jelly roll pan. Seal edges. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until light brown; cool.

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill and onion. Spead over cooled crust. Top with veggies and cheese.
