Egg and Cheese Casserole
This is good for brunch.Serves 12 people. Prepare the night before serving.
ingredients
- 16 slices of bread toasted and crust removed
- 16 slices of Swiss cheese
- 16 slices of boiled ham
- 16 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8-10 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
directions

Layer bread, cheeses and ham in a casserole dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all layers.

Cover with foil

refrigerate over night

Before baking- sprinkle 3 cups corn flakes on top and drizzle 1/2 cup butter over corn flakes

Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes

Let stand for 10 minutes
