Cranberry Salad
ingredients
- 1 6oz. container of cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp mayonaise
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 1 can whole cranberries
- 19oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
directions
Blend cream cheese, mayonaise, sugar together. Add cranberries, crushed pineapple, walnuts. Whip and fold whipped cream. Cover and freeze. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
