Carmel Apple Dip

- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. caramel extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanuts
- Cut up apples for dipping.

Note: If you are unable to find caramel extract, substitute vanilla extract.
