Cherry-Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large can cherry pie filling
  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 lb. melted margarine or butter

directions

Don’t grease cake pan! Put pineapple and cherry pied filling in bottom of 9x13” cake pan (juice and all). Sprinkle cake mix evenly over mixture. Then drizzle melted butter or margarine over top of cake. Cake4 is done when top is brown. Don’t turn cake upside down; leave in pan. It can be serviced with ice cream or whipped cream, or plain.
