Cream Cheese Chicken

ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 2 TBS melted butter or margarine
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 TBS dry Italian salad dressing
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or sherry
  • 1 TBS chopped onion

    1. Brush chicken with butter & sprinkle with salt & pepper.

    2. Place in a crock pot & sprinkle dry mix over all. Cover & cook on low for 6-7 hours.

    3. About 45 minutes before done, mix soup, cream cheese, wine, and onion in small sauce pan. Cook until smooth. Pour over the chicken. Cover & cook another 45 minutes.

    4. Serve with sauce.

Serve with noodles. Really good!
