Chunky Applesauce
One of Ashley’s favorites from Grammie. I can remember eating hamburgers, macaroni and cheese and applesauce in Pennsylvania when I was young. I always loved this stuff!!
ingredients
- Use granny smiths- peel and core.
- 1/4 cup water and lemon juice (half of each)
- Sugar to taste
directions
Place apples in a pan wth the lemon juice and water mixture. Cook on low until soft. Add sugar to taste. Mash with a potato masher.
