Eggs Extra Easy
The name same it all...eggs extra easy! Play with it, and create different idea’s, explore with variations.
ingredients
- (Depending on amount of # of people you are serving)
- 8 eggs
- 3 tbsp of parm cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1 cup of diced green onions
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of diced peppers, which everyones preffered
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp of pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 cup of bacon bits (preferable)

In a greased baking dish, add eggs first and scramble. With this recipe it is a free for all,

add whatever ingredients you think would be good in an omelet you can even make Mexican style if pleased.

prepare all the veggies before hand and just add and stir. Preheat your oven to 350 and depending on the size

of the casserole dish, cook for 20 minutes, until the eggs and stiffened. I would recommend using a shallower dish,

as it cooks lot faster, in which your cooking time may vary. Very good for a weekend breakfast thats quick, easy

and simple, you can totally play with the recipe.
