Egg Casserole
ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 lb. ham or sausage, cooked
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 C. milk
directions
Grease the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Tear up slices of bread and place in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle cooked crumbled ham or sausage over bread pieces. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the ham or sausage. Mix eggs, milk and mustard together. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
