Artist's Delight (Four Layer Dessert)
ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 small boxes of instant chocolate pudding (or lemon)
- 2 cups milk

Mix flour, butter and pecans until crumbly.

Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool completely.

Blend powdered sugar, cream cheese and cool whip until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

Combine the pudding with the milk. Blend for 2 minutes.

Pour over cream cheese layer.

Use the rest of the cool whip over the top.
