Judi's Famous Cheese Balls

Judi says these cheese balls are a hit at every party.
ingredients
- 1 package diced, dried beef
- 3 Tbs mayonnaise
- 16 oz softened cream cheese
- 5 chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 package crackers

Mix all together, form into a cheese ball and roll in chopped pecans

Serve with crackers.
