Shrimp Salad with Avocados
ingredients
- 1 lbs shrimp, boiled, peeled and chopped
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 3/4 pint sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- spinach or romaine lettuce
directions
Mix all ingredients except spinach or lettuce. Chill. Serve on bed of spinach or lettuce.
