Butternut Squash
ingredients
- Butternut squash
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 tbls flour
- oil for preparing dish

Preheat oven to 325.

Cut off top of squash, then peel.

Slice in half, scoop out the seeds, dice into cubes from 1/3 to 1 inch square (make sure they’re all pretty much the same).

Put in large bowl. Add parsley.

Finely chop 5 cloves of garlic and mix in.

Add tablespoons of flour.

Mound in oiled, shallow baking dish

Bake for approx. 2 hours, or whenever the squash in tender all the way through.
