Hash Brown Casserole
ingredients
- 13oz. package frozen hash brown
- potatoes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. grated American cheese or
- sharp cheddar cheese
- Topping:
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
directions
Place thawed potatoes in 13x9 baking dish. Mix all other ingredients except topping ingredients. Pour into 13x9 casserole dish and top with corn flakes. Drizzle the top with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
