Bruschetta
ingredients
- 8 Plum Tomatoes (diced)
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Loaf French Bread (sliced and toasted)
directions
In a bowl, toss together tomatoes, basil, parmesan, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices. Tastes best if mixture is left to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
