Adam's Green Chili Burritos
ingredients
- Reduced carb or whole wheat tortillas
- 1 can black beans, drained (can also use pinto beans)
- 1 can chicken, drained
- 2 cans mild green chili enchilada sauce
- Grated low fat mozzarella cheese
directions
In large bowl, combine beans, chicken, one can enchilada sauce and some of the cheese. Stir until blended. Pour 1/2 of the other can of the enchilada sauce into baking dish. Spoon bean mixture into tortillas, roll into burritos and place in baking dish. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
