CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD
Grandma Mae’s favorite to make for her family.
ingredients
Dressing for Chinese Chicken Salad- Prepare dressing 1 hour before serving:
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 9 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups salad oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts - sprinkle with Accent, bake at 350°, Dice cooked chicken
- 1 head cabbage - chopped
- 4 green onions - chopped(tops only)
- 1/2 cup diced or slivered almonds (or more)
- 1 packages Top Ramen - chicken flavor, crush up package, sprinkle flavor packet on top.
- Snow peas, diced (approx. 30)
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
directions
Mix all ingredients and pour dressing over salad just before serving.
