Ginger Glazed Chicken

ingredients

  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 (3lb) broiler chicken cut-up
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

directions

  • 1

    Combine first four ingredients; set aside. Grill chicken, covered over medium-low coals, turning and brushing with butter several times for 30 minutes.

    Then grill uncovered turning and brushing with orange juice mixture several times for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
