Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Soup
A wonderfully cheesy and hearty soup. It is great as a starter before the meal or as a meal itself! A true comfort food!
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Cubed Chicken Breast (Browned)
- 2 Cans Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Cans Mild Enchilada Sauce
- 2 Soups Can of Milk
- Crushed Tortilla Chips
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Brown chicken breast and set aside.

Combine all the other ingredients except the tortilla chips and cheddar cheese.

Add chicken breast.

Bring to a boil over low heat, it burns very quickly so stir at all times.

Reduce to low heat, stirring frequently, until ready to eat.

Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips in the soup.
notes
If you cannot find Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup, you can use Nacho Cheese Soup and 3/4 of a can of Chopped Green Chiles. Freezes nicely in individual containers for future meals!
