Illegal Immigrant Casserole

ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 c salsa
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1/4 c water
- 1 c whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c slice ripe olives
- Topping:
- 1 pkg corn muffin mix
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c diced green chilies

Preheat oven to 350. Cook beef in medium skillet over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Make corn muffin mix as directed on package. Stir in cheddar cheese and chilies. Spread mixture over beef mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
