Peanut Butter and Banana Blast
We are always on the run, this is a great breakfast on the go.
ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 packets sugar substitute
- handful of ice
directions
Put everything in a blender and blend!
