Dill Marinated Brussel Sprouts
ingredients
- 2 pkgs. frozen brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- (or 1/2 tsp dried dill)
- salt and pepper to taste

Cook brussels sprouts only until crisp and tender. Drain and quickly rinse with cold water.

Combine dressing ingredients and add sprouts. Mix lightly and put in the fridge.

Chill overnight or for several hours.
