Denise's Spinach/Artichoke Dip
Gram loves this stuff (so does Tony)... Good for a snack or as appetizer.
ingredients
- 4 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed well drained
- 2 cup mayonnaise (or light)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. of onion flakes/garlic powder
- 1 box of Wheat Thins or Sociables

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a one quart baking dish. Chop artichokes finely. In a bowl, mix together chopped artichoke, spinach, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and onion flakes/garlic powder. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Bake in the middle of the preheated oven until heated through and cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve w/ Crackers or Tortilla Chips
