Chicken and Cheese Casserole
This is a one dish meal - loved by everyone, easy to make. Great for pot lucks or visitors
ingredients
- 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup mayo (ok to use light mayo)
- 1/2 stick butter
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt/pepper
directions

Cup up chicken into bite size pieces

Lay in bottom of 9/13 baking dish

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Mix soups and mayo together

Pour soup mixture over the chicken evenly

Sprinkle shredded cheese over all

Cover with stuffing mix

Melt butter and drizzle over stuffing mix

Bake at 325 for 1 hour
