A North Dakota staple at Christmas and a favorite of Papa Bud.
Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients (except fruit and cream)and stir well.
Put on medium heat and stir continuously.
When it has thickens, remove from heat and cool.
Whip cream.
Add mixture and cream to any variety of fruit.
