Gulliver's Corn
This recipe came from Auntie Debby and is made at the holidays. Enjoy!
ingredients
- 2 Bags frozen corn (32 ounce size)
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp flour
- Olive Oil
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
directions

Melt plenty of olive oil in small pan and stir in flour. Set aside.

Place corn in saucepan with cream and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Stir in salt and sugar.

Add the olive oil and flour mixture and cook until slightly thickened.

Pour corn in an oven proof dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Dot with butter and brown under broiler.
