Bran Muffins
This is a MUST for staying ’regular!’
ingredients
- 1 Cup Bran Flakes
- 1 Cup All Bran
- 1 Cup oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup wheat germ
- 1 Cup butter
- 3 Cups sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 5 Cups Flour
- 5 tsp. Soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Quart buttermilk
- 1 can Old Orchard 100% Apple Juice Concentrate (do not reconstitute)

Mix the cereal and wheat germ and pour one cup water over all. Set aside.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.

Add dry ingredients and milk/apple juice alternately.
- 4
Add Cereal mixture and stir well.
- 5
Bake at 375’ for 20 minutes.
