Peanut butter balls
A tradition to make at Christmas. It is messy to prepare but is included here since it is one of Quentin’s favorites.
ingredients
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 Cup butter softened
- 1 Cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy, whichever Quentin prefers)
- Lots of Chocolate almond bark
directions

Mix the sugar, butter, and peanut butter and roll into balls. May need to refrigerate before dipping.

Melt the almond bark over a double boiler.

Dip the balls into the chocolate and place on waxed paper to dry.

Wash hands or lick fingers.
