Boil and rice potatoes to a good 4 cups. Cool slightly. Add butter, salt, sugar and flour to right consistancy. Flour cloth well. Roll thin (be careful edges are not too thin) Roll up on a stick. Bake on a 500 griddle for 30-45 seconds. Flip. Bake 15-30 seconds. Cool on a towel, covered. Store in a cool place, covered.
