Grandma’s Pie Crust
Grandma made pie every Sunday. She always used this recipe.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup ice water
directions

Mix dry ingredients together.
- 2
Cut shortening into dry ingredients till small crumbles . Do not allow this to be overworked.

Add ice water tablespoon at a time, Mix till it hold together but no more.

Handle with gentle hands- divide and roll out.
