Rhubarb Delight

ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 T shortening
- 1 egg
- 2 T milk
- Filling:
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 T flour
- 3 c. rhubarb, cut
- Topping:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. melted butter
directions
Mix crust ingredients together and put in a 9x9 pan. Mix together filling ingredients and sprinkle this on the crust. Sprinkle topping ingredients on filling and bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
