Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted*
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted*
directions
Defrost hash browns and mix with 1/4. c margarine and seasonings. Add onions, soup, cheese and sour cream. Blend. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Cover with corn flakes and margarine. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
notes
Chicken or ham may be added to make it main course.
