ingredients
- 1 (1-pound) packages confectioners’ sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 to 2 teaspoons créme de menthe
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
directions
Cream confectioners’ sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add créme de menthe; mix well. Shape into log. Roll in walnuts. Transfer to serving plate.
notes
May substitute créme de cacao, sloe gin, or vanilla or peppermint extract for créme de menthe.
