ingredients

  • 1 lb rolled old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, cashews, etc)
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • any other dry ingredients
  • 1 Tbl vanilla
  • 1/2 cup or more oil
  • 1/2 cup or more honey

    Mix the dry ingredients well.

    Add and mix in the vanilla, oil and honey.

    Cover the bottom of a pan with granola. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes, stirring often. When it is finished, it should be about the color of wheaties.

    Repeat with more of the granola till all done.

  • 5

    Add raisins after baking.
